How to register your Devices?

We automatically register the new devices that you get repaired from us into your account. You don’t have to do anything from your side.

How to claim your Repairs?

Just contact us through any of the listed means here and let us know that you’re a member and we take care of the rest.

Can I add more Devices to my plan?

Yup! Just contact us here and let us know and we’ll send you an invoice for a new device. It costs $5/Month for each extra device you choose to add.

Can my Friends share my account?

Yes, they can! Just remember that you have a limited repair and device quota per account.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No Cancellation Fees if you haven’t claimed any repairs.
If any repairs are claimed and if you cancel before 6 months, then you pay the total cost of the repairs minus what you’ve already paid in the plan.
